My rate is now $800/10.
Best boy grips are $775/10, and all grips/swings are $750/10.
My base kit fee is $50, which covers all the gear, ropes, expendables, and tools I bring to make sure things run smoothly and safely. That number can flex depending on the needs of the job, but it’s a good ballpark for most setups.
Overtime remains the same:

• Up to 10 hours: straight time
• 10–12: 1.5x
• 12–15: 2x
• 15–18: 2.5x
• ​18+: 3x

No 12-hour or flat rates—just fair, transparent pay for real time worked.
